Shipping Policy

Domestic (US) Shipping

All products are made to order and ship approximately 2-3 days after the purchase is made via USPS. Products may be shipped separately due to different production times or distributors. Once the order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email the customer used to make the purchase. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of the original purchase. More specific information about cancellations and refunds can be found at the bottom of every page in the section labeled “Refunds / Cancellations”. US Exchanges

US Returns

International Shipments

For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country. Propagation Front LLC is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies. 

If your package is returned to Propagation Front because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or because you did not pay the customs fee, you will be responsible for paying shipping a second time. When you place your order, please make sure that your address is correct.
