Cancellations

If for any reason you want to cancel your order, it must be done within 12 hours of making your purchase. To cancel your order send us an email below with your name and email address filled in. For subject, enter “Cancellations”, followed by your order number. Message can be left blank. You will receive a notification of the cancellation within 48 hours via email.

Refunds

Propagation Front was founded as a way for creators to support themselves through fans purchasing their merchandise. Because of this, and the fact that all orders are printed on demand, we issue refunds only for two specific reasons. If you are unsatisfied with the products you have received from us, the two reasons we offer refunds are as follows:

The product arrived damaged

or

Did not receive the correct order

Please consult the size chart included at the bottom of every garment page to ensure the product will fit. 

To make a refund claim, send us an email below with your name and email address filled in. For subject, enter “Refunds”, followed by your order number. Describe the reason for cancellation in the message space. Please attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect product by clicking the “choose file” button. Only PDFs will be accepted. Refunds will not be issued for claims made without a photograph of the damaged or incorrect product. Appropriately filed claims will receive a notification within 48 hours via email where you will be able to decide how you would like your refund. You may either get refunded the amount of the purchase or receive the correct/undamaged item(s).
